After completing those socks and thinking about what to knit next I decided to finish things first before starting something new - so I pulled out a nearly finished first sock in a stripy Regia cotton yarn, India colours I think, and a pattern I got from
Jeanie T. . I love the pattern. I love the yarn. But I think it wasn't the best idea to combine the two. I think I have another colour combo of the same yarn and I will do that one in stockinette or some zigzagging pattern. And I will definitely use Jeanie's pattern again with a solid yarn!
Yarn splits but is ok to knit with.
