Was in the forest with the dogs yesterday p.m., we got soaked. And again after being towel dried, Flavie sped through the flat… Then settled down in the biggest dog bed to lick her paws and legs dry. Bad job I had done with the towel. A princess she is indeed. When I (as usual) gave her funny names yesterday when coming home (big dogs waiting right behind the door for me, little one came running from somewhere, went between the others and fell right on my feet – lots of active submission towards us people on special occasions), Sweetheart said in his “Flavie-voice” : Why are you calling me always this, when I have a name. A name I have. And a title. I have a TITLE. Oh yes, you have, cutie.

When I was there behind the house to get the yarn back in, I could see the dogs through the french window in our dining area. They were standing behind the front door watching it and listening through it intensely as I just had left there. I was so sorry not having taken the camera with me but now I now I have to do that one day. It was such a cute sight. Definitely worth a picture!

Josy The old wise lady, queen of the pack. Mostly very cool and calm can also act weird, eg if the little one is speeding through the woods like mad, or when getting sight of a rabbit. Actually LOVES walks in the fields where she goes mouse-hunting, adding some more raw meat to her diet…
Flavie Gets home from our daily walk, wet as in the middle of it it started pouring with rain, lets herself towel dry (only because I wont let her off leash before), then starts her crazy running through the apartment… Gaining full speed, stops sliding at non predictable spots, turns and accelerates again to full speed, barking or growling when passing the other dogs – and if you call her she comes and can calm down immediately. She’s such a funny little girl. Oh, of course read: BIG girl!
Dingo Loves so much to “work” with me, doing heelwork with some little tricks from dogdanicing, getting my full concentration.
Can be very brave passing growling Flavie, just lowering his head, not looking at her at all and passing through.
Here they are all lying near Pointe de Primel in Bretagne:

Harvest
has started over here. The first field I saw this year about 2 km from here being harvested, in the background the German fast train ICE, at the right Josy mouse-hunting...
