New hat For Sweetheart is what I’d like to knit as it starts to get cold early in the mornings, I just can’t think of which pattern or which yarn as the last ones I made him were not that cool and I frogged or put in the emergency bag in my car… I am right now thinking of some tweedy 6ply sockyarn and a simple beanie pattern. Need a no-brainer knitting.

Moose-hat This one is done in the same yarn as the one with the stars, a superwash 100% wool. It has the patterned outer layer and a solid inner layer worked in smaller needles for extra warmth. My sweetheart loves it.

Details Hier mal zwei der in der vor vielen Jahren von mir gestrickten Norwegermütze verwendeten Muster. These are two of the patterns I used in the Norwegian hat I made years ago. Voila deux des patrons dans le chapeau Norwegien que j'ai tricoté il y des annés.

Norwegermütze - Norwegian hat - Chapeau norvégien Diese Mütze habe ich vor Jahren gestrickt. Hatte ein Buch aus der Stadtbücherei ausgleihen mit traditionellem Gestrick. ich fand das Foto einer Mütze, die ich unwiderstehlich fand, aber es gab keine Muster dazu. Also hab ich mir die Geschchte auf Karopapier gemalt und mit rotem, grauem, dunkelblauem und schwarzem Sockengarn drauflos gestrickt. Hatte damals noch keine Ahnung von beidhändiger Fadenführung, ich glaube, ich habe mir die beiden Fäden um den linken Zeigefinger gewickelt und ewig geflucht, weil es einfach ätzend war. Die Passform ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, also habe ich das Teil kurzerhand auf geschnitten und enger wieder zusammen genäht. So ist die Mütze tragbar. This hat I made years ago. I had found a book at the public library with old traditional knitted items in it. I loved one hat but there wasn't a pattern for it. So I drew waht I could see on the foto on some checked paper and started knitting with red, grey, dark blue and black sock yarn. Had no idea about knitting with the yarns in both hands, so I think I held them both with my left index finger and cursed a lot as it was just not funny that way. The hat was way to large so I cut it open and seamde it narrower, so no it can be worn. Ce chapau j'ai tricoté il y des années. J'avais loué und livre de la librairie municipale sur des anciens tricots traditionels où j'ai trouvé la photo d'un chaeau magnifique mais il y avait pas de patron. Alors j'ai pris du papier avec des caros por dessiner ce que je pouvais voir dans la photo et j'ai commencé a tricoter. Le chapau était beacoup trop grand comme ca j'ai coupé et recousu. Maintenant on peut le mettre.

Nordic sweetheart hat Das isser! Letztes Jahr meinem Schatz zum Geburtstag gestrickt. Aus Regia Sockenwolle, der Waschbarkeit halber. Link zur Anleitung hab ich gestern schon gepostet. That's it! Last years birthday present for my sweetheart. Mas with Regia sockarn to be washable without regrets. Posted the link to the pattern yesterday. Fertig/Finished/Fini Das ist die Mütze, auf die ich nicht wenig stolz bin, ich hatte lediglich ein Foto einer ähnlichen gesehen und habe sie dann nach Art des Nordic sweeheart hat doppelt gearbeitet. That's the hat I am quite proud of. I had only seen a pic of a similar one and worked it like the Nordic sweetheart hat with two layers. C'est le chapeau dont je suis un peu fière.
